Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine Review

You know the first time my brother and I ever came across a Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine, we really didn’t understand what it meant. Were we supposed to stop the reels? Did it give us better odds? To put it lightly there were all kinds of questions that came to the surface. By the time we were done sounding like slot machine newbies, we had a knack for How To Play Slot Machines around the casinos just about every time we went.

Our specific Win at Slot Machines strategy was to play the one-dollar slots and instead of playing the maximum three tokens that the Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine offers, we stick with the one-dollar play. Sure, it doesn’t win you as much money, but there have been myths circling for years saying you’ll hit the machine more if you don’t try to get the big bucks. So we stick to that thought process and usually come out a winner.

Seriously, though, even if it’s $50 ahead, it’s still winning, right? Okay, we definitely don’t want to sit here or stand on our soapbox for that matter and discuss strategies. We actually wanted to tell you about the Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine and all it has to offer you. There are four of them in our house, but there’s over twenty of them in our finished basement so you can only imagine the enjoyment when friends and family visit.

Why so many? Well, for the same reason that people go out and purchase Video Slot Machines for their kids. Since most people only buy one or two, we have to go with kids collecting sports cards. That make more sense? Anyways, slots are what we collect and the Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine was quite the addition. Our only problem is we aren’t sure when to stop, although we haven’t made a purchase in over seven years.

Heck you ought to see our electric bill on the months we have weeklong tournaments. Yes, at our age you can play as many Casino Slot Machines as you want even though I always choose the Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine. Not because of its look, not because of its play, but because it eluded me at the casino for so many years. I could never get on that machine nor could my brother so when it came time to build our collection this had to be a part of it.

While this Antique Slot Machine has everything from a lifetime warranty, a plug-in capability, a reset button to change difficulties to token play, you never know what you’re going to get. The only reason we tell you this is because we’ve purchased four and each one of them are different. Sure, each one is a Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine, but the reels are different on each one. We like variety so it was nice to have different ones.

Probably the best part was that we went and purchased one that was a push n’ play slot. It alleviated the token play and instead pulls around electronic tickets. So when all our college buddies come over for tournaments or just a night of gambling, we don’t have to count a thing. It’s a lot of fun and if gambling is a hobby for you like it is us, then you’ll enjoy having a Jackpot Skill Stop Slot Machine around.

Did you know that …

... the first mechanical slot machine was the Liberty Bell, invented in 1895 by car mechanic, Charles Fey (1862-1944) of San Francisco?

The Liberty Bell slot machine had three spinning reels. Diamond, spade, and heart symbols were painted around each reel, plus the image of a cracked Liberty Bell. A spin resulting in three Liberty Bells in a row gave the biggest payoff, a grand total of fifty cents or ten nickels.

The original Liberty Bell slot machine can still be seen at the Liberty Belle Saloon & Restaurant in Reno, Nevada.
